Successful launch of the most extensive ever survey of business banking in Britain

Charterhouse Research has launched its Business Banking Survey, the most extensive continuous syndicated banking usage and attitude survey conducted among 17,000 British businesses annually, from start-ups to corporates with £1bn turnover.

In addition to measuring bank usage and market share, it provides comprehensive data on the attitudes of business customers to bank products and service.

In the wake of the banking crisis, the launch of this new programme is particularly timely, enabling subscribers to monitor their performance, the impact of mergers and divestment and the emergence of new competitors.
