Here are just a few of the many projects where our research and advice have contributed to our clients’ success:

  • Working in unison with Ecclesiastical Insurance to create an award-winning commercial insurance product and a new insurance market niche of businesses occupying heritage properties. Heritage Commercial was launched in less than six months as a direct result of strategic insight gained from our iterative programme of primary research, desk research and data mining. Within six months the new product generated over £1 million premium income, winning the BIA award for Marketing Initiative of the Year 2007.
  • Helping a major bank upgrade its PC-based client deposit management product, used by solicitors and property management firms to manage their clients’ deposits. Our findings and recommendations enhanced numerous features, delighting both customers and staff evaluating the updated product.
  • Identifying and developing healthcare propositions, their positioning and communication required to penetrate previously untapped markets, for a major healthcare provider.
  • Working with a leading lender to build a sustainable intermediary business strategy, successfully moving from a price-led business proposition to an added-value, service-based business proposition.
  • Developing an ethical investment proposition for a fund management company through research among investors, IFAs and staff to understand how they defined ethical or socially responsible investment.
  • A study for a major bancassurer to decide whether to offer a new fund supermarket proposition within the partnership insurer’s product wrapper.
