been a director of Charterhouse Research since 2014. She has over 30 years’
experience in research and insight, much of this in the financial sector
including both agency and client-side. She has expertise in the insurance and
protection markets conducting projects among audiences ranging from consumers
& businesses to intermediaries and insurers.
Previous to joining Charterhouse, Kathy was at Ecclesiastical Insurance where she was Head of Insight & Product Development for 9 years. Kathy has a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Bristol and is a member of the Market Research Society.
