Marta has over 30 years’ market research experience.
Roughly half her career has been on the clientside, heading up teams at
Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank, Barclays, Aviva Life and Royal Mail. As a
result, she has deep knowledge across banking, life, pensions and investments
financial sectors. Her expertise lies in Customer Experience, Corporate
Reputation, Product Development and Brand research.
Her clientside experience means she knows that research findings need to be meaningful and easily used by project stakeholders, so she is a keen advocate of using creative ideation and problem solving workshops, employing research findings as a springboard to new thinking. She is a Certified member of the Market Research Society.
